Materiality Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement
We conduct a materiality assessment every other year, to confirm that we continue to focus our efforts on the topics of most importance to our stakeholders and most relevant to our business. Our 2019 materiality assessment served as the basis for current sustainability strategy, as well as our 2025 goals. In early 2021, we engaged a consultancy to conduct our materiality update, which has allowed us to further drill into our priorities, refine our focus, and identify areas to push ourselves further as we think ahead to the future of the food industry, the changing needs of our customers, and the impact we want to achieve by 2030 and beyond.
