Juan Carlos Madrigal G. serves as Fresh Del Monte’s General Manager, Philippines. He is based in Davao, Philippines.

He has 24 years of experience at Fresh Del Monte Operations in Costa Rica and Philippines with strong expertise and knowledge of banana and pineapple production, operations, agricultural practices, and research and technical services management.

Mr. Magrigal G is an agricultural engineer and has a Postgraduate degree in Soils, Mapping and Nutrition from the University of Costa Rica. He also studied to be a Private Accountant by the University College of Alajuela.
