Louie Tenazas has served as CHRO since 2024, after previously serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for 20 years. In her return to Fresh Del Monte this year, Ms. Tenazas brings with her a wealth of experience and a steadfast commitment to driving organizational success through strategic HR leadership.

Her expertise encompasses a spectrum of Human Resources domains, including headhunting, organizational design, and management consulting, with a track record of success in both established companies and pioneering consulting firms. 

Ms. Tenazas’ career has been marked by her instrumental role in numerous acquisitions, where she spearheaded seamless integration efforts and orchestrated organizational development strategies for newly acquired entities. At the helm of HR teams dispersed worldwide, she provided strategic guidance on pivotal matters such as executive compensation, benefit harmonization, incentive program design, and pension scheme management.
