Deema Anani has served as Chief Commercial Officer (Specialty Ingredients), of Fresh Del Monte since February 2025. She is focused on driving commercial growth within the Specialty Ingredients and Innovation business segment.
Previously Ms. Anani spent more than 13 years at Queen Alia International Airport as Commercial and Customer Service Director and then moved to Chief Commercial Officer in 2018, looking after all revenue streams including food and beverage, duty-free, retail, real estate and property, among others. She also held leadership positions at Dubai Holding, IBM consulting, and Chemonics International. Her experience extends to a variety of areas, including business and product development, sales and revenue growth, cost management, strategic leadership and more.
Ms. Anani holds a bachelor’s degree from American University of Beirut and a master’s in business administration from the University of Edinburgh. She is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
