Christine Cannella has served as Vice President, Investor Relations since 2024, after previously serving as Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for 20 years. Ms. Cannella is a seasoned senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in investor relations and corporate communications strategy and execution, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. She has held senior roles at NYSE and Nasdaq-traded public firms in global industries including food, beverage, and tobacco, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, solar energy, home construction and land development, and heavy equipment rental. Ms. Cannella is also an Independent Inspector of Elections with Carl T. Hagberg & Associates and serves as a Venture Partner in an advisory role with Big Sky Capital VC. Â
Ms. Cannella began her career in Investor Relations and Communications with NationsRent, where she designed and executed investor relations and communications programs for the newly-listed NYSE-traded company, served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications with Levitt & Sons, a newly spun-off home builder and as the Vice President of Investor Relations with Charge Enterprises, a newly-listed Nasdaq-traded company.Â
A recognized leader in her field, she has served as the President and Member of the Board of Directors of the South Florida Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute, and as a featured speaker at the NIRI annual national conference. During her tenure as Board Member and Advocacy Chair on Women Executive Leadership (WEL), she championed a diverse portfolio of initiatives dedicated to empowering women to achieve gender parity in the executive suite and boardroom.Â
She serves as a Finance Committee Board Member with the Jack & Jill Children’s Center, a Fort Lauderdale-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty for low-income working families in Broward County Florida through innovative, family-oriented childcare services, education, supportive programming, and community engagement. Additionally, as a Past Board Member of the MIT Enterprise Forum, Ms. Cannella was inducted into the MIT Honor Roll for her benchmark contributions toward the organization’s annual conference.Â
In addition to her Master of Business Administration from the Nova Southeastern University H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, Ms. Cannella earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Barry University, graduated from the Del Monte Leadership Development & Coaching Program, and holds multiple Board of Directors certifications.  Â
