Frank V. Fierro joined Del Monte in 2024 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources, leading the Human Resources function for the North America Foods division, partnering with executive leadership to align human capital strategies with long-term business objectives. He has more than 30 years of leadership experience across manufacturing operations, engineering, and human resources within leading consumer packaged goods and food manufacturing organizations. His expertise includes organizational transformation, labor relations, talent strategy, digital HR modernization, M&A integration, and large-scale change management. 

Prior to his current role, Mr. Fierro had a 17-year career with Procter & Gamble, where he spent 13 years in manufacturing and operations leadership positions with increasing responsibility across engineering, supply chain, and plant operations. During his tenure, he led manufacturing organizations, supported major new product introductions, and helped drive operational excellence initiatives before transitioning into human resources leadership.

He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
