Industrial Ingredients

Industrial ingredients are processed fruits in which we sell to major consumer goods producers in the industry for use in the commercial production of value added food products. 

To ensure maximum efficiency, we process fruits into value added products.  In Costa Rica, we produce individual quick frozen (IQF) bananas and pineapple products for industrial, foodservice and retail customers.  Additionally, in Costa Rica and Kenya we produce pineapple juice in concentrate and single strength form.  Our Kenyan operations produce several other processed pineapple products such as pineapple tidbits and crushed and diced pineapples for industrial and foodservice customers.

Also aimed for the industry, our facilities in Greece and South Africa process deciduous fruits ( purées, concentrates and solids) for commercial use.
