Fresh Del Monte has agricultural production in Argentina of wheat, corn, soy and rice for domestic distribution. Operations started on about 4200 hectares, and by 2004, that same operation had expanded significantly over the years. As part of the project, Del Monte Fresh Produce S.R.L. has also constructed a high-tech silo plant in the province of Cordoba located near Los Cisnes town.
